Termination

intoanimals reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if intoanimals decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that intoanimals considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

intoanimals offers a money back guarantee on all items that are faulty, unfit for purpose or are significant differently than those shown or described to you. Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note intoanimals reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from intoanimals. If you change your mind on a product we offer exchanges and credit vouchers if they are returned within 21 days of purchase.  We require that these items be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.  Postage charges will apply.
