Payment Options

Credit Card: payments can be made online using your credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Payments are made via DirectOne where you as a buyer can make purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information to us. This is a secure option supported by a Commonwealth Bank merchant facility and we strongly recommend it.

The secure credit card payment system is powered by DirectOne Payment Solutions. Your card details will be encrypted using 128 Bit SSL and processed securely by DirectOne. Please click the DirectOne logo for information about payment security.

Direct Deposit: bank account details are available at the checkout.

Orders will not be sent until confirmation of funds have been received when paying by cheque (usually it will take around 5 working days to clear a personal cheque), money order and direct deposit.

Please include a reference to your order number when paying.

Postage and delivery

intoanimals will deliver items by way of Couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a Post Office Box.

Postage is calculated by item and will vary depending on your location.

Special conditions apply for some particularly heavy or bulky items with additional charges for deliveries outside metropolitan Melbourne. These products will be highlighted on the product page requesting that you contact us for an estimate of the postage cost prior to purchasing online. Additional weight or size charges are due to higher delivery costs by Australia Post to areas outside metropolitan Melbourne.

Metropolitan Melbourne
For deliveries in metropolitan Melbourne postage is $6.00. Delivery is free for orders over $80.

Rural and Regional Victoria
For deliveries in rural Victoria postage is $6.00 for deliveries up to 10kg. Delivery is free for orders over $80.

Interstate
For deliveries to interstate capital cities and surrounding metropolitan areas the following postage applies:

• Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide postage starts at $8.00 with a maximum charge of $10.00 for deliveries up to 10kg.
• Brisbane and Hobart postage starts at $8.00 with a maximum charge of $12.00 for deliveries up to 10kg.
• Perth and Darwin postage starts at $8.00 per item with a maximum charge of $16.00 for deliveries up to 10kg.

Please contact us before purchasing if you order is estimated to weigh over 10kg as additional postage charges may apply.

For regional and rural interstate locations additional postage may apply. Please contact us with the products that you are interested in and your location and we will work out the postage charge for you.

International Orders
Postage will be advised via email. Please contact us with the products that you are interested in and your location and we will work out the postage charge for you. Acceptance of shipping type and charges will be via return email. Additional verification details may be requested before shipping goods to international destinations.

Delivery times

Please allow 3 to 7 working days for deliveries in metropolitan Melbourne and other major state and territory cities and their surrounding areas from date of clearance of payment.

For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 2-3 working days. Delivery times for international orders will be advised via email.

We aim to hold the majority of stock that we sell, however, given the range of sizes and designs available for certain products (eg. Pet bedding) we may need to order these from our suppliers. This may add to the delivery time. If we expect any delay, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date via email or phone and you will also be kept up to date with the progress of your order. If your order is required by a certain date please contact us prior to purchasing, we will do our best.

Packaging and gifts

We use recycled packaging where possible. If your purchase is a gift we are happy to use gift wrapping and new boxes at no additional cost to you. We will also provide a gift card with your special message on it. Please email us with your message and requirements for delivery.
